Questions before requesting a quote
Do we need to organise a shoot?
No. Vistia works from the visuals you already have, so nobody has to travel to the location and nothing has to be scheduled on site.
What type of photos can be used?
Interior, exterior, view and detail photographs, ideally in high resolution and correctly exposed. The sharper the source images, the more precise the resulting movements.
Can Vistia work with renders for a property that is not yet built?
Yes. Renders and pre opening visuals are used the same way as photographs, which is common for off plan properties and hotels before opening.
Will the architecture remain faithful to the real location?
That is the objective. The volumes, layout and identity of the place must stay recognisable: the work adds movement and staging, not a different property.
Which formats can be delivered?
Vertical formats for Reels, Shorts and Stories, and square or horizontal versions when the project calls for them. The formats are listed in the quote.
Can Vistia complement our existing photos and films?
Yes. Vistia is generally used alongside your photographer or videographer, to add video where only photography exists.
How is the price calculated?
Each project is quoted according to volume, creative requirements, formats and turnaround. There is no single fixed rate.
