The data controller is Vistia, an AI real estate video studio. For any question about your personal data, write to karim@vistia.fr.

When you use a contact or demo request form, we only collect the information you voluntarily send us: name, agency or property name, email, phone, city and the content of your message. We also record the page the request was sent from and its language to better reply.

This data is used solely to reply to you, prepare a personalized quote or demo, and follow up on your commercial request. It is never used for advertising and never shared or resold to third parties.

Your data is kept as long as needed to process your request, then for the legal duration required to manage the commercial relationship. You can request early deletion at any time.

Vistia relies on technical providers to operate: database hosting and transactional email delivery for internal notifications. These providers only use your data to perform their mission and are bound by confidentiality obligations aligned with GDPR.

Under GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction and portability on your data. To exercise these rights, simply write to karim@vistia.fr. You may also file a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).

vistia.fr does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Only cookies strictly necessary to make the site work (for example to remember your chosen language) may be set.
